An essential to any exotic garden. Huge, green heart-shaped leaves, eventually reaching around 2' in length, are produced from light pink, speckled stems.
Care requirements: Can be grown in full sun or partial shade, although we have found that growing them in partial shade produces larger leaves. Plant out as soon as all risk of frost has passed. Requires a free-draining soil, which should be kept moist during the growing season. Regularly feed with a high nitrogen feed.
Hardy to -5 and below, but you may wish to mulch during the winter.
