Terms and conditions
We do not deliver outside of the UK.
Pictures are an example of what you are purchasing, and additional photos may show the plant at maturity, so you can see what your plant will eventually resemble. Always refer to the description for exactly what you are purchasing, as there may be slight variations in size, colour and shape. If you would like to see exact pictures of the plant(s) you are buying then please contact us and we will be happy to send pictures.
Refund policy
Once our plants have been dispatched we are no longer responsible for their care. If they arrive damaged then please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence of any damage, to both the box and the plant(s), so we can raise a claim with the courier service. Only then can we provide you with a refund or replacement as necessary .
If you decide to make changes to your order then please inform us via e-mail. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of dispatch when you place your order. If your dispatch date is the next day we need to be notified of ammendments/cancellations before 12pm on the day of dispatch.
Delivery
We generally use Royal Mail or ParcelForce, but can also use other delivery services from time to time. Standard delivery is £7.50 Royal Mail 24 hour tracked, so your plant(s) arrive as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee your plant(s) will arrive within the allocated time specified by Royal Mail/ParcelForce/alternative courier. We aim to post your order within 2 days of you placing your order. We generally post Monday - Thursday, so your plant(s) are not held up over the weekend. In the event of high volumes of orders then there may be a delay to your plant(s) being dispatched and we will contact you via email to inform you of when they are due for dispatch. 
Plants such as agaves and succulents will ship b
etter than many other plants and so we can ship them throughout the week. Please note that agaves and succulents may be send bare root.
We also offer a collection service, so please contact us to arrange a date and time if preferred.
If you have a preference for a dispatch date then please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate you.
